DINTEX is a high-performance TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) film, waterproof and breathable, suitable for all weather conditions. With its capillary structure, DINTEX allows rapid evaporation of moisture, prevents water and wind coming in while keeping the highest level of breathability. Thinsulate Insulation - it means your feet stay cool in the summer, warm in the winter. What makes Thinsulate insulation so important to cold-weather footwear? Three words: thin, warm and light.
Thinsulate insulation has nearly twice the warmth of foam, felt, or pile and is one of the lightest synthetic insulations on the market. Durable and compression resistant, Thinsulate insulation can take a beating and still retain the little pockets of air so important for keeping feet warm. Able to retain warmth when wet - absorbing less than 1% of its weight in water - Thinsulate keeps feet warm even in damp conditions.
To ensure that you get the right size, please measure the length of the insole of your shoe and compare your measurements with our size guide.

How to return your order:
5 years ago i stubbled upon a pair of german para boots(that had a date of 03/1999)in a local army surplus store.i put on these 2nd hand boots and they were so comfortable that i had to buy them.5 years later after many miles my faithfull boots finally fell apart.ok they need resoling,i found a place that can resole them for £120!. then i found military1st that had the very same boots for £60!.to good to be true! well i hope not. i'll let you know in 16 years if my new boots stand the test of time!
So, I work in boots all the time. I need the boots I wear to be light enough to chase people down. They also need to be hard wearing. Easy to drive in. As well as comfortable. These boots are really good. Light enough to run in. You can drive in them. They are also waterproof, so far. The only drawback is they scuff easily. But if you Polish them after it goes. For the money they are brilliant. Definitely a best buy.
So I used these to go up scarfell pike. They more than did the job. The next day I walked for 5 hours in a deluge of rain. I walked through water up to my ankle. Even over the boot line. The boot was just damp. My feet were the only part of me which remained warm. A bit damp but warm. But I did step in a river. For the money they were brilliant. They are a great boot for all kinds of conditions.
